Who is behind RVP
RVP is led by Roberta Vázquez, with over 20 years of experience in multinational environments and multiple international mobility processes across Europe.
During this time, I learned something essential: relocating to another country is as exciting as it is demanding. Behind every move there are complex decisions, unclear processes, and situations that create pressure, both in personal life and professional performance.
That is why I created RVP: to bring structure, clarity, and real support to a process that should not be experienced with uncertainty.
Today, I combine my corporate experience, complex project management, my roots in this wonderful region and my own international journey to ensure each relocation is structured, smooth, and well managed.
Because relocation is not just logistics. It is a life transition that requires method and care.
